Spicy Mexican Mule

Spicy Mexican Mule

This is a fierce and fresh alternative to the traditional Moscow Mule. Cheers!Moscow Mule with Jalepeno and Cilantro“You see a taco!”Moscow Mule with Jalepeno and Cilantro“I see a cocktail!”Moscow Mule with Jalepeno and Cilantro

“A taco? A cocktail? Let’s call the whole thing…”  I’ll stop singing now.

Let’s just mix that cocktail. Moscow Mule with Jalepeno and CilantroI love a spicy margarita and I also love a Moscow Mule. I thought it would be fun to combine the two and make a fiery new drink that my honey and I could enjoy.

Meet the Spicy Mexican Mule! It’s pretty fabulous!

I added the vodka and triple sec to the copper mug and topped it with the fresh cilantro, jalapeño, and a squeeze of lime. After a little muddling, I added the ginger beer. Moscow Mule with Jalepeno and CilantroThe robust bite of the ginger beer pairs so nicely with the spicy jalapeño and fresh cilantro. Moscow Mule with Jalepeno and CilantroNot to mention, the drink is so appealing in the copper mug. Moscow Mule with Jalepeno and Cilantro

Good lord! If I was a drinker of anything but wine, I’d be all over this. Jalepenos are my weakness! Haha.
