This light and refreshing salad combines cucumbers, Greek yogurt, fresh dill, garlic and a touch of sugar. A perfect side dish for grilled chicken. Whenever I make my Go to Grilled Greek Chicken, this cucumber salad is the perfect accompaniment.
The fresh dill, lemon and garlic boost the flavor of the Greek yogurt to make a delicious tzatziki sauce.A touch of sugar gives it a subtle sweetness that calms the lemon and garlic.
Mix them together, top with some fresh feta and it’s ready to serve. That’s it, that’s all.
Easy never tasted so good.

I use my homemade yogurt to make this salad. This is a salad we eat tons of during the summer when the cucumbers are over flowing.

Looks yummy! I tried to make a tzatziki sauce once before and it turned out kind of bland. Maybe I’ll give yours a try!

This looks delicious and definitely would be great with grilled chicken or pork! I often make a tomato and cucumber salad with a little red wine vinegar and dill vinaigrette then the tzatziki on the side. All in one seems like a great way to round out a greek meal 🙂
