Tzatziki Cucumber Salad

This light and refreshing salad combines cucumbers, Greek yogurt, fresh dill, garlic and a touch of sugar and goes perfectly with grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers peeled and sliced
  • 10 ounces containers of nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced or pushed through press
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Instructions

  1. Prep tzatziki sauce by combining all ingredients except cucumbers in a bowl.
  2. Add cucumbers and gently stir to coat.
  3. Top with more fresh dill and fresh feta.
