Ingredients

  • 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup Major Grey mango chutney
  • 3 tbsp toasted coconut unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp dried currants
  • 1 tbsp golden raisins
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallions green parts only
  • 1/2 cup Sahale Naturally Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashews Glazed Mix crumbled into smaller pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, cheddar, goat cheese and curry in a bowl. Mix well until blended. (I use a hand mixer)
  2. Spread onto a plate or dish so that the dip is about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Spread chutney over the top of the cheese mixture.
  4. Let it chill in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
  5. When ready to serve, sprinkle with coconut, raisins, currants, and scallions.
  6. Top with crumbled Sahale Naturally Pomegranate Vanilla Flavored Cashews Glazed Mix.
  7. Serve with crackers.

Recipe Notes

The cheese can be made up to 2 days ahead, covered, and refrigerated. Toppings should be added before serving.
