Heirloom Tomatoes and Burrata

Heirloom tomatoes are so sweet in flavor and when paired with creamy, rich burrata and fresh basil, you'll have the perfect little meal or a popular appetizer to please a crowd.

  • Heirloom tomatoes
  • Burrata
  • Fresh chopped basil
  • Good olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • Aged balsamic optional
  • Grilled or toasted bread


  1. Roughly chop the tomatoes and add to a bowl.
  2. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle some kosher salt and pepper on top.
  3. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in fresh chopped basil
  5. Top with fresh burrata.
  6. Using the bread as your utensil, dip your bread in the juices and top it with tomato and burrata for the perfect bite.
