Crispy little wontons filled with sweet apricots and warm brie are ready in minutes and perfect for your next get-together.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Carefully press a wonton wrapper in the bottom of each cup.
Place a dried apricot on the bottom.
Top it with a slice of brie and 2 pieces of onion.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the wonton edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute.
Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar. Top with a small sprig of thyme. Enjoy while hot.
