Make a Cupful of Tea Part of Your Self-Care

Make a Cupful of Tea Part of Your Self-Care #ad #LiveFlavorfully @CelestialSeasonings @CelestialTea #teaforselfcare

This post is sponsored by Celestial Seasonings but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

January is that time of year where everyone seems to hit the ground running, full speed ahead, with new self-care regimens.

Self-care in the new year is not just about new diet plans and exercise routines though. It is also about slowing down, finding ways to relax, and spending more time doing nourishing things.       For me, these cold, dark winter days are a wonderful time to escape the busyness. Whether it is revisiting my collection of handwritten recipe cards or curling up with a good book, self-care to prevent the burnout is a necessity. This is why I added Celestial Seasonings teas to my routine recently. A warm, flavorful cup of tea is an easy way to pause, relax, lift my mood, or refocus whenever I need it most during the day.
Celestial Seasonings are full of flavor, have several unique blends, and are a wonderful price point too. They are definitely a hidden treasure that I found at Walmart. The versatility of drinking tea and picking a flavor to suit what I need most during the day is so ideal. The Honey Vanilla Chamomile is one of my go-tos. Sipping on this is calming and soothing, especially as I anticipate our hectic after-school schedules. When I’m looking for a mid-day boost, I turn to the Peppermint tea. It helps me refocus and gives me an energized feeling. It’s a simple, classic taste that requires no accompaniment.  Celestial Seasonings packaging is really impressive too. The teas are in a natural fiber, pillow-style tea bag that doesn’t need a string, tag, staple or individual wrapper. I learned that by doing this, it saves more than 3.5 million pounds of waste from entering landfills each year! They carefully source their ingredients ensuring the freshest quality herbs so no wonder they taste amazing. I also sip without any guilt because this tea has zero calories and that I love!

Keep your eye out for them in the coffee and tea aisle at Walmart or go ahead and buy your favorite flavor online.Did you know that Celestial Seasonings also offers ways to use their tea in recipes?! I have my eye on their recipe for Country Peach Passion Cobbler and their Peppermint Cucumber Salad.

What flavor will you choose?

I am a coffee drinker, but I really do enjoy a hot cup of tea at the end of the day, or when I’m feeling under the weather. Tea is just so comforting and helps the body relax.

We were gifted a box of this tea and I’m glad we were! It’s so delish, especially the honey chamomile! But I never thought to pamper myself with a tea time. Thanks for this perspective!!

OH MY GOSH, I love Celestial Seasonings!!!! I’ve been drinking their tea for YEARS and my favorite flavors are Rooibos, Honey Vanilla Chamomile, and Country Peach. Over the holidays they even had holiday flavors in stock, and I got a few boxes of those — Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride is a new favorite and when it comes back next season I’m definitely buying enough to last me a good long while!

I have the Cinnamon Apple Spice Tea in my kitchen cabinets currently! It makes my kitchen smell heavenly! I would like to try the SleepyTime Vanilla. Drinking warm tea with a little milk added in is so tasty, and I don’t drink this delicious drink nearly enough! Thank you for the reminder! 🙂

Self-care is something that gets left behind in our busy lives for sure –
I love this idea of a cup of tea as part of a self-care routine, and I will look forward to trying this brand soon.
